I am still in awe that the summer has nearly passed; what have I been doing, you may ask. And why have I not taken much solace in coming here and dumping my thoughts out here? Well, I have been working my butt off, for one. With me working full time throughout the summer and have little time to myself; let alone time to clean makes mevery tired and VERY cranky (insert hiss).

Like most summers as well, comes busy-ness.....you know, barbeques, parties, just generally making too many plans and never enough time. I am happy to report that my hubby has re-built our front deck! YAY! I fully feel that you need a visual aid so that you can fully understand my excitement ~ the old deck was nasty; painted brown and was standing on its last leg. Please mind the looks of the front door, we are getting new doors as well.
